About Us

We are lifelong members of the Big Rapids community and are proud to have been in business for 14 years and have 16 years of satellite and antenna work prior to that. We are your local authorized DIRECTV and DISH Network dealers. We also sell and install antenna systems and towers. We service what we sell.

Our services include satellite surveys. We have found that many customers interested in satellite services have been misinformed and told they are not able to have satellite service for a variety of reasons. In 99% of the cases, they had been misinformed and we have been able to install and provide quality satellite services for these customers.

We are a local, family-owned and operated business. We are also members of the Mecosta County Area Chamber of Commerce. We pride ourselves on quality customer service, attention to detail, and speedy delivery of services.

EXPERIENCE is the key. Darryl has been in business for nearly 14 years but has an additional 16 years of Directv, Dishnetwork and antenna experience locally. That's 30 years! No other providers in the region has his experience or expertise.

If Darryl is lacking a part he needs for a job he will run home and take it off his own system to temporarily fix the problem. Doesn't always make his family happy, but the customer comes first and the family will still love him anyway!
